YOU WILL RECEIVE:

• Invoice for the course

2. ARRIVAL TO THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OF QUITO, ECUADOR

A representative of Quito S.I. Spanish Institute will welcome you at the airport holding a sign with your name and our logo.

* This representative will take you to your accommodation, introduce you to the host family.

3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT:

At your arrival to Quito S.I.Spanish Institute on the first day of class:

• Show your Invoice
• Complete the Registration Form
• Pay all your course fees in cash, travelers checks or credit card
• You will receive your textbooks and orientation to the program

4. COURSE EXTENSION:

Any course can be extended for the length of time desired after the corresponding payment has been made.

If you wish to tour around or join any other activity once your course has ended we can store your luggage and arrange housing.

COURSE END AND FAREWELL:

The last day of class the student will receive the Quito S.I. Spanish Institute Completion Diploma in a special ceremony.

The farewell at the host family will take place the weekend after the course ends.

Cancellation Policy

• Course payment and homestay fees should be made prior to course beginning and are not refundable, except under special personal circumstances considered in the school cancellation policy.

Course rate for all programs:  $ 9.75 inc. taxes

Prices DO NOT include:

• Textbooks and materials: $ 6.83 / LEVEL
• HOMESTAY ACCOMMODATION: Single room, three meals and laundry: $16 per day
